Seoul Cyber University Tops April Big Data Analysis for Brand Reputation In the April 2024 Big Data analysis, our university ranked first in brand reputation among cyber universities. The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute conducted a brand big data reputation analysis on cyber universities beloved by domestic consumers. The cyber university brand reputation analysis covered big data from March 24, 2024, to April 24, 2024, totaling 18,996,892 data points. There was a 16.52% decrease in brand big data compared to the previous March, which amounted to 22,756,940 data points. Brand reputation is divided into participation value, communication value, social value, market value, and financial value based on consumer activity big data related to the brand. The cyber university brand reputation index analyzed consumers' digital behaviors through reputation analysis algorithms, breaking down into participation index, media index, communication index, and community index. The reputation algorithm strengthened channel evaluation and consumer evaluation for the brand. The brand reputation index, formulated through brand big data analysis, unveils the profound impact of consumers' online habits on brand consumption. Serving as a metric, it assesses sentiments, media attention, consumer engagement and communication levels, and social discourse volume regarding the brand. In April 2024, cyber university brand reputation rankings were analyzed, with Seoul Cyber University, Korea Cyber University, Kyunghee Cyber University, Seoul Digital University, Gunyang Cyber University, Busan Digital University, Korea Open Cyber University, Hanyang Cyber University, Daegu Cyber University, Soongsil Cyber University, Yeungjin Cyber University, Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, International Cyber University, Global Cyber University, Wonkwang Digital University, Korea Welfare Cyber University, Sejong Cyber University, Hwashin Cyber University, and Digital Seoul Culture and Arts University topping the list. The university, which recorded the top brand reputation among cyber universities, achieved a participation index of 738,964, a media index of 380,039, a communication index of 484,197, and a community index of 492,969. Consequently, the brand reputation index was analyzed as 2,096,169. Compared to the brand reputation index of 1,735,827 in March, there was a 20.76% increase.
