The second lecture by Choi Kwang-jong, CEO of Chranran Company, on 'AI-Based Live Commerce,' will be released on the university's YouTube channel. An offline practical lecture on 'Building an FAQ Chatbot Using ChatGPT and RAG,' led by Professor Kim Tae-kyung from Kyung Hee University's Big Data Applications Department, will be held in room B-503 on Saturday, September 21. All students are invited to attend, and additional information, including how to register and materials needed, can be found on the AI Service Marketing Department website. Professor Park A-reum from the Department of AI Service Marketing stated, 'We have planned this special lecture to provide practical help to students in an era where AI chatbots are becoming mainstream.' She added, 'I hope this lecture will offer a valuable opportunity to learn about chatbot performance testing and apply a design thinking approach to improve performance.' Our university created the AI Service Marketing Department in 2024, providing a curriculum centered around the four key areas of AI, Big Data, content, and design. This program equips students with service marketing skills that can be applied across industries. By blending technology and marketing, it seeks to deliver personalized marketing strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction and improving quality of life. The department also offers extracurricular activities to support students in obtaining certifications such as Tableau, ADsP, Data Analysis Specialist, and the national SQL license. |
